- Obiettivi: Basic concepts of the physics of the silicon CMOS devices, of the corresponding fundamental electrical equations and of the main technological aspects involved in the realization of the devices. Knowledge for the basic design of analog electronic circuits, from the basic structures of single-stage amplifiers to the differential amplifiers, current mirrors and comparator circuits by means of technologies based mainly on the use of CMOS devices. Knowledge the electrical noise and its impact in the electrical circuit design. Acquisition of the design-flow techniques, from schematic simulation to the layout realization and to post-layout simulation/verification.
