- Obiettivi: The main objective of the course is to make the student able to model and validate digital models of components and systems for energy conversion, starting from the analysis and the understanding of the fundamentals of physical principles, regarding applied thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and electrochemistry. The student will also be able to analyze and optimize the performance of energy systems, to validate models with experimental or literature data, and to understand the main control techniques of components and systems. Special attention will be paid to promoting problem-solving attitude and team-work skills, through exercises aimed at the active and proactive involvement of students.
